Your aims as well as health and well-being goals will be discussed to be able to achieve the best possible result.
We than create an individual nutrition plan and lifestyle recommendations based on your own needs (food choices, shopping habit, budget, free time, religion...etc)
We'll follow a science based approach to achieve optimal health and regain balance.

It will include food, lifestyle recomendations, recipes, food shopping guidance and supplement recommendations depends on your requirement. In addition, fact sheets and informational material to support your body’s natural healing process and optimise body functions and systems that need attention.
The plans are personalised to your individual needs, preferences and eating habits. The aim is to support you to implement any required changes in a manageable, achievable and sustainable way.
