Kinga Kiralyhegyi

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist helping my clients to find, address and cure the ROOT cause of their health condition through a science based approach to achieve optimal health and well being.

I am fully insured and member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) a professional body for Registered Nutrition Practitioners.
I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine of London specialising in nutrition from a holistic and science-based approach, incorporating human anatomy and physiology, pathology, biochemistry, clinical skills and nutritional science. It additionally required 2 years of supervised clinical observation and practice prior to qualifying.

I am also a member of CNHC (The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) which is the regulatory body for Complementary Therapy, supported by the Department of Health. I also attend regular CPD training with established health institutes, laboratories and nutritional seminars to continually expand my knowledge and keep up to date with the latest research.

My interest in nutrition has been long-standing having been through health challenges myself. Being able to support the healing process with a nutritional approach, it came naturally to dive deeper into the subject to widen my knowledge in order to apply these methods to my family, myself as well as to help others in the same way.

I decided to train as a nutritionist to understand more about how our body works and its performance from the influence of food was something which excited and fascinated me and continues to do so.

I believe that the food we put into our body has a strong affect on our health, well-being, mind and quality of life.

I am passionate about inspiring, motivating and educating people to find the right balance in their lifestyle, supporting and nourishing a healthy body by taking small changes at a time.

My aim is to help people to achive optimal health and regain vitality through a professional and induvidually tailored nutrition plan and lifestyle recommendations.

I work 1:1 with clients with a diverse range of conditions and health goals to support them back to good health.

I run clinics from home in Bracknell/Berkshire.
I also do online consultations.
