I'm Specialised in Digestive and Hormonal Health.

I'm helping my clients to find, address and cure the root and underlying causes of their health issues.

Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy is a science based approach in which food and its properties are used to support the body’s natural healing process, maintaining and disease preventing mechanisms. It can be used to promote optimum health, well-being, mental clarity and performance.

Nutritional therapy treats each person as an individual with their own specific requirements.
Wholesome, unprocessed food are promoted, for optimal wellbeing, alongside utilising the therapeutic effects of specific foods, in order to support specific health concerns.

About Me

I'm a registered Nutritional Therapist.
I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine of London specialising in nutrition from a holistic and science-based approach, incorporating human anatomy and physiology, pathology, biochemistry, clinical skills and nutritional science.

I have also performed 2 years of supervised clinical observation and practice prior to qualifying.

My passion in nutrition has been deep-rooted having been through health challenges myself.  I suffered from multiple health conditions since I was a child.

Due to an overgrowth of cyst formation I lost one of my ovaries at the age of 16.

By the time I reached reproductive age further cysts developed on my remaining ovary.

The period of my youth was a constant battle with hormonal imbalances, excessive body hair growth, chronic constipation, frequent inflammation and infections, unexplained weight gain, anxiety, panic disorder, insomnia and depression.

To cope with them all made a huge impact on the quality of my life, on my confidence and self-esteem.

After years of unsuccessful treatment I decided to become a Health practitioner myself.

My intention was to find, address and cure the root and underlying causes of my health condition in order to heal my own body.

I trained as a Nutritional Therapist to learn more about the function of the body and its performance from the influence of food, lifestyle and emotional impact.

The wide range of knowledge I gained during my study and my personal experience led me to the understanding and the management of the body’s hormonal, physical and emotional changes.

My aim is to support, educate and motivate people through their journey towards the right path to achieve their overall health and wellbeing by taking small steps at a time.

I believe that the food we put into our body has a strong affect on our health, well-being, mind and quality of life.

I work 1:1 with clients with a diverse range of conditions and health goals to support them back to good health.

Who benefits from Nutritional Therapy?

Suitable for everyone! Nutritional Therapy can support those with fatigue and sleeping problems, stress management and gut disorders, skin trouble and chronic health issues, sustainable weight management and hormonal imbalances. It would also suit those who are seeking preventative measures and healthy ageing considerations.
As Nutritional Therapists we follow an integrative approach and look at a person as a whole, not just an isolated set of symptoms. This enables us to address long standing chronic conditions and acute symptoms; as well as implementing preventative measures to one’s individual needs in the increasingly demanding environment we live in.

We are all unique and therefore have individual and diverse nutritional requirements. What may benefit one person may be ineffective or even damaging to another. This is why a bespoke personalised approach by a qualified practitioner is essential to achieve the optimum level of health, energy and well-being.
