About Me

I am Kinga Kiralyhegyi, a Registered Nutritional Therapist (Dip Nut), I am fully insured and member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) a professional body for Registered Nutrition Practitioners.


After the appointment a personalised plan will be discussed and sent to you, which will include food, lifestyle recomendation, recipes, food shopping guidance and supplement recommendations if necesarry. Once we connect all the dots and assess your individual needs, I will create a detailed, tailored nutrition plan with some possible lifestyle suggestions.
