I'm helping my clients to find, address and cure the root and underlying causes of their health issues.

"Nutritional therapy involves carefully chosen diet and lifestyle recommendations to meet your specific needs"

Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy is a science based approach in which food and its properties are used to support the body’s natural healing process, maintaining and disease preventing mechanisms. It can be used to promote optimum health, well-being, mental clarity and performance.

Nutritional therapy treats each person as an individual with their own specific requirements.
Wholesome, unprocessed food are promoted, for optimal wellbeing, alongside utilising the therapeutic effects of specific foods, in order to support specific health concerns.

About Me

I'm a Nutritinal Therapist helping clients to find, adress and cure the root and underlying cause of their condition by an induvidual nutrition plan and lifestyle recommendations following a science based approach to achieve optimal health and well being.

I'm specialised in Digestive health and weight management.

My interest in nutrition has been long-standing.
Having been through health challenges myself. I suffered from multiple health conditions such as digestive issues, chronic constipation, food sensitivities, frequent UTI, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disturbances, misscarriage, PCOS, depression, insomnia, weight gain, difficult to loose weight despite healthy, low calorie intake, frequent exercise...etc.

After many years of going to different GP's and Specialists, spending a lot of money and taking tons of antibiotics, painkillers, contraceptions and so on. These were only masking my symptoms temporarily without any deeper understanding the underlying cause of my issues.

I HAD ENOUGH!!!

I decided to become a Health practitioner myself to be able to find the root causes of my health conditions and finally get better and be able to heal my body.
I decided to train as a Nutritional Therapist to understand more about how our bodies work and its performance from the infulence of food and being able to support the healing process with a nutritional approach.
It came naturally to dive deeper into the subject to widen my knowledge, in order to apply these methods on my family, myself as well as to help others in the same way.
I believe that the food we put into our body has a strong affect on our health, well-being, mind and quality of life.

I am passionate about inspiring, motivating and educating people to find the right balance in their lifestyle, supporting and nourished a healthy body by taking small changes at time.
My aim is to help people to achive optimal health and regain vitality through a professional and induvidually tailored nutrition plan and lifestyle recommendations.

I work 1:1 with clients with a diverse range of conditions and health goals to support them back to good health.
Every Initial consultation is at least 60-90 min. long to be able to go thoroughly through the clienst's health concerns, signs and symptoms throughly. We go through every system of the body from their birth up to the present to be able to recognise the main cause(s) of their issues. We than create an induvidual nutrition plan and lifestyle recommendations based on the clients's own needs (food choices, shopping habit, budget, free time, religion...etc) We follow a science based approach to achieve optimal health and regain balance.

I run clinics from home in Bracknell/Berkshire
I also do online consultations too.
I frequently work alongside other health professionals such as Herbalists, Homeopaths, Counsellors, Chiropactors, etc and I'm able to make referalls to any of them or for any functional testing through the client's own GP or to private labs if necessary.

Who benefits from Nutritional Therapy?

Suitable for everyone! Nutritional Therapy can support those with fatigue and sleeping problems, stress management and gut disorders, skin trouble and chronic health issues, sustainable weight management and hormonal imbalances. It would also suit those who are seeking preventative measures and healthy ageing considerations.
As Nutritional Therapists we follow an integrative approach and look at a person as a whole, not just an isolated set of symptoms. This enables us to address long standing chronic conditions and acute symptoms; as well as implementing preventative measures to one’s individual needs in the increasingly demanding environment we live in.

We are all unique and therefore have individual and diverse nutritional requirements. What may benefit one person may be ineffective or even damaging to another. This is why a bespoke personalised approach by a qualified practitioner is essential to achieve the optimum level of health, energy and well-being.
